The problem that in the prior art, it is difficult to monitor the overlapping azimuth angle of the coaxial rigid rotor helicopter through a traditional blade distance measuring method is solved. The method comprises the following steps: determining a blade waving measurement path, arranging a grating fiber sensor, building a grating fiber measurement system, calculating a data position corresponding to a coincidence phase according to the coincidence phase of upper and lower blades and the number of data acquisition points of one circle of rotation of a rotor, and performing data acquisition and correlation filtering on a low-rotation-speed state and a test state; the initial central wavelength and the central wavelength offset of the grating fiber at the overlapped position of the upper and lower blades are obtained, and deformation reconstruction is performed on the upper and lower rotor blades by adopting a coordinate transformation method of plane points to obtain the distance between the tips of the upper and lower blades in the vertical direction. The method effectively avoids the limitation of measurement of a specific azimuth angle, and can be applied to a coaxial rigid rotor wind tunnel test.
本发明公开了一种共轴刚性旋翼模型风洞试验桨叶间距测量方法,属于航空气动力风洞试验技术领域。解决了现有技术中传统的桨叶间距测量方法难以实现对共轴刚性旋翼直升机的重叠方位角进行监测的问题;本发明确定桨叶挥舞测量路径并布置光栅光纤传感器,搭建光栅光纤测量系统,根据上下桨叶重合相位及旋翼旋转一圈数据采集点数计算重合相位对应的数据位置,分别对低转速状态和试验状态进行数据采集及相关滤波后,获得上下桨叶重合位置光栅光纤初始中心波长和中心波长偏移量,采用平面点的坐标变换法分别对上下旋翼桨叶变形重构,得到上下桨叶桨尖在竖直方向的距离。本发明有效避免了对特定方位角进行测量的局限性,可以应用于共轴刚性旋翼风洞试验。
