Therefore, when material loading mechanisms of different specifications are carried on the device, the size of the supporting face of the device can be adjusted at will in a modular design mode, lifting equipment of different models does not need to be replaced, the working intensity is relieved, meanwhile, the use cost is reduced, and efficient and stable transfer of materials is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种模块化设计的牵引车电动升降装置及其使用方法,属于牵引车升降设备技术领域,通过组合多个底盘架体时,将其中一个底盘架体一侧的两个限位块插入另一个底盘架体一侧的限位槽中,同时,插杆能够滑入插孔中,插板能够嵌入至凹孔内并且挤压锁定组件,通过弹簧的拉力拉动连接板向下移动,使连接板带动三个卡杆下移并且卡入卡槽中,实现对插板锁定的目的,进而能够对两个底盘架体和两个支撑组件进行连接,因而在该装置上搭载不同规格的物料装载机构时,通过模块化设计的方式能够任意调整装置支撑面的大小,无需更换不同型号的升降设备,减轻工作强度的同时降低使用成本,有利于对物料的高效稳定转移。
