The invention provides intelligent assembly equipment for assembly type subway station components and a construction method, and aims to solve the problems of low hoisting precision, inaccurate stress of hoisting points and the like of assembly equipment in assembly type subway station engineering. The intelligent assembly equipment is provided with an independent hoisting system which can be independently adjusted to adapt to hoisting requirements of different components; therefore, the problems of complexity and imbalance during multi-point stress of lifting points of traditional equipment are effectively solved. The lifting point of the device adopts a combination mode of the fixed wheel and the cross arm, and through the design, the influence of the friction force of the device and the angle change of the steel wire rope on the force value measured by the jack sensor can be reduced, and the accuracy of the force value measured by the jack sensor is ensured. In addition, by means of the combination mode, the stability and adaptability of the equipment are enhanced, and the equipment can efficiently work in various working environments. In combination with an intelligent construction method, a more efficient, safer and more intelligent solution is provided for component assembly of the fabricated subway station.

    本发明提供一种用于装配式地铁车站构件智能拼装设备与施工方法,旨在解决装配式地铁车站工程中拼装设备存在的吊装精度不高、吊点受力不精确等问题,本装置设置独立吊装系统,可以单独调整以适应不同构件的吊装需求,从而有效解决了传统设备吊点多点受力时的复杂性和不均衡问题。本设备的吊点采用了固定轮和横撑的组合方式,通过这种设计,可减小设备本身的摩擦力、钢丝绳角度变化对千斤顶传感器测量的力值的影响,确保千斤顶传感器测量力值的准确性。另外,这种组合方式还增强了设备的稳定性和适应性,可以在多种工作环境下高效工作。结合智能化的施工方法,本发明为装配式地铁车站的构件拼装提供了一个更为高效、安全、智能的解决方案。
