A method for improving a bridge type grab bucket and installing a vibration device comprises the steps that (1) an electric vibrator is additionally arranged on the grab bucket; (2) a cable winder, a vibration variable-frequency governor and a winding variable-frequency governor are additionally arranged on the trolley hoisting platform; (3) a vibration adjusting knob and a rolling adjusting knob are additionally arranged on a cab combined operation table; the output of the vibration adjusting knob is connected to the vibration variable-frequency governor; the output of the winding adjusting knob is connected into the winding variable-frequency speed regulator; a starting switch of the winding variable-frequency speed regulator is connected into a control circuit of the hoisting winch; (4) winding synchronous adjustment is carried out; 5) adjusting the impact strength; the electric vibration grab bucket is convenient and fast to adjust, the system is easy to implement, similar pneumatic and hydraulic additional complex corollary equipment is not needed, the adjusting and controlling platform is integrated on a cab combined operation table, and operation is convenient and fast; power supply cables are synchronously wound and unwound, so that safety accidents are avoided; improvement is easy to implement, and production efficiency is improved.

    一种桥式抓斗改进安装震动装置的方法,1)抓斗上增设电动震动器;2)小车起吊平台上增设电缆收卷器、震动变频调速器、收卷变频调速器;3)驾驶室联合操作台上增设震动调节旋钮、收卷调节旋钮;震动调节旋钮输出接入震动变频调速器;收卷调节旋钮输出接入收卷变频调速器;收卷变频调速器的启动开关接入起吊卷扬机的控制电路;4)收卷同步调节;5)冲击力度调节;实现电动震动抓斗,其调节便捷,系统易于实施,无需类似气动、液动增设复杂配套设备,且其调控平台整合于驾驶室联合操作台,操作便捷;供电电缆同步收放,避免发生安全事故;改进易于实施,提高生产效率。
