The invention discloses a hoisting and overturning tool for an eccentric motor end cover, which realizes that the eccentric end cover with a forward gravity center is in a vertical state after being hoisted, so that the eccentric end cover can smoothly enter an end seam allowance of a horizontal motor base. According to the invention, the two arc-shaped clamping plates are fixed on the outer circle of the non-driving end cover of the motor, and according to the position of the eccentric gravity center of the non-driving end cover of the motor with the exciter stator in a vertical state, the position of the hanging point pin column installed on the arc-shaped clamping plates is determined; the vertical plane where the connecting line of the two lifting point pin columns and the vertical line of the connecting line are located and the eccentric gravity center are located in the same vertical plane, so that the eccentric motor end cover can be stably in a vertical state after being lifted by the lifting appliance and turned over; operable conditions are created for follow-up butt joint installation of the eccentric end cover and an end cover spigot at the non-driving end of a horizontally-arranged machine base, the whole lifting appliance mechanism is simple and ingenious, the whole installation process is convenient and fast to operate, and the defect that an exciter stator on the end cover is prone to being damaged in the overturning installation process is overcome.

    本发明公开了一种偏心电机端盖的起吊翻转工装,实现了重心前移的偏心端盖吊起后呈竖直状态,使其能顺利进入到平卧的电机机座的端部止口中;本发明将两弧形夹持板固定在电机非驱动端端盖的外圆上,并根据带有励磁机定子的电机非驱动端端盖在竖直状态下偏心重心的位置,确定出弧形夹持板上安装吊点销柱的位置,使两吊点销柱连线与该连线的垂线所在的立面与偏心重心处于同一立面内,从而实现偏心电机端盖被吊具吊起并翻转后,能稳定处于立式垂直状态,为后续将该偏心端盖与卧式放置的机座非驱动端端盖止口的对接安装创造了可操作条件,整个吊具机构简单巧妙,整个安装过程操作便捷,克服了端盖上励磁机定子在翻转安装过程中容易损坏的缺陷。
