The invention discloses a tool and method for replacing a main transmission shaft ring type grease pump. The tool comprises a supporting plate, a suspension arm, a gear, a first C-shaped clamping jaw and a second C-shaped clamping jaw. One side of the supporting plate is rotationally connected with two handles; any handle is connected with a gear through a rotating shaft penetrating through the supporting plate. Openings of the first C-shaped clamping jaw and the second C-shaped clamping jaw are opposite, a row of groove teeth are arranged on the outer side of a wing plate on one side of the first C-shaped clamping jaw and the second C-shaped clamping jaw, and the groove teeth are meshed with the gear. The gear rotates to drive the first C-shaped clamping jaw or the second C-shaped clamping jaw to move up and down; web plates of the first C-shaped clamping jaw and the second C-shaped clamping jaw are provided with telescopic adjusting mechanisms, and bolt holes matched with the outer sleeve or the inner sleeve splicing bolts are formed in the inner buckling pieces of the wing plates on the two sides. The semicircular flange of the outer sleeve or the inner sleeve of the ring type grease pump is integrally hoisted through the tool, and the installation efficiency and precision are improved.
本发明公开了一种主传动轴环式干油泵更换用工装及方法。所述工装包括支撑板、悬吊臂、齿轮、第一C形卡爪和第二C形卡爪;支撑板的一侧转动连接有两个手柄;任一所述手柄通过贯穿所述支撑板的转轴连接有齿轮;所述第一C形卡爪和第二C形卡爪的开口相对,且它们的一侧翼板外侧开设有一排槽齿,槽齿与齿轮啮合;齿轮转动可以带动所述第一C形卡爪或第二C形卡爪上下移动;第一C形卡爪和第二C形卡爪的腹板设有伸缩调节机构,且两侧翼板内扣片上设有与所述外套或内套拼接螺栓相配合的螺栓孔。本发明通过所述工装将环式干油泵的外套或内套的半圆法兰进行整体吊装,提高安装效率和精度。
