According to the self-adaptive adjusting device for the intelligent construction elevator door, pre-adjustment is conducted through stretching and retracting of a supporting rod and a telescopic rod, then fine adjustment is conducted through a hydraulic drive fine adjustment rod, and the trouble of replacing the whole fence supporting rod is omitted; the inclination state of the fence door frame is detected through the door frame vertical detector, the inclination angle and direction of the fence door frame are calculated according to the inclination state, then the offset of the fence door frame is calculated through a sine function, and the fence door frame is automatically adjusted by controlling the amount of hydraulic oil in the adjusting sleeve. Therefore, the self-adaptive capacity of the whole adjusting device is effectively improved, the working stability of the whole adjusting device can also be effectively improved, and workers can conveniently move and install the adjusting device.
本发明涉及应用于升降机领域的一种智能施工升降机门用自适应调节装置,本方案先利用撑杆和伸缩杆的伸缩来进行预先调节,再利用液压驱动微调杆进行微调,省去了更换整个围栏撑杆的麻烦,通过门框垂直检测器来检测围栏门框的倾斜状态,并以此计算出围栏门框的倾斜角度和方向,而后利用正弦函数计算出围栏门框的偏移量,并通过控制调节套内部的液压油量来自动调整围栏门框,从而有效提高整个调节装置的自适应能力,也能有效提高整个调节装置的工作稳定性,还方便工人移动、安装。
