According to the invention, through detection of characteristic parameters, combination of operation states and data analysis of operation state parameters, state characteristics are extracted from data, cross-correlation analysis and unit historical data are utilized, a fault tree model and a calculation model based on real-time monitoring data are established, and comparison calculation and analysis are carried out, so that operation state evaluation of current equipment is obtained. And early warning is carried out when abnormal conditions occur. According to the invention, the monitoring function is comprehensively improved, the monitoring sensitivity and comprehensiveness are improved, and the system has significant technical advantages and good operation performance.

    本发明提供了一种矿井提升机安全监测系统。该系统建立了提升系统地面设备三维模型,并配置光纤振动传感器、应变传感器、位移传感器,通过工控机、数据光纤解调仪采集设备状态信号,形成数据流传送至本地存储服务器进行计算分析,实时显示数据流的状态特征参数。本发明通过检测特征参数,结合运行状态以及对运行状态参量的数据分析,从数据中提取状态特征,利用互相关分析、机组历史数据,建立故障树模型与基于实时监测数据的计算模型,比对计算与分析,得出当前设备的运行状态评估,发生异常情况进行预警。本发明不仅全面完善了监测功能,而且提升了监测的灵敏度和全面性,具有显著的技术优势和良好的运行表现。
