The invention provides an aircraft panel layered damage repair method, which comprises the following steps: taking a crack as a reference, if the crack is close to the inner side of an opening frame, completely removing the opening frame flange crack on the inner side of the opening frame along the direction parallel to the crack; if the crack is close to the outer side of the mouth frame, completely removing the mouth frame flange crack on the outer side of the mouth frame in the direction parallel to the crack; carrying out nondestructive testing on the mouth frame part; the mouth frame part is coated with oxidation liquid; if the milled part is located on the inner side of the opening frame, a base plate part is manufactured, and after the base plate part is subjected to yellow anodizing, polyurethane primer is sprayed; if the milling part is located on the outer side of the mouth frame, a mouth cover pressing ring part is manufactured, and the mouth cover pressing ring part is milled to replace an original mouth cover pressing ring part; if the milling part is located on the inner side of the opening frame, the milling part of the opening frame is coated with sealant; and the contact surface of the base plate part and the milling part of the mouth frame is coated with sealant, and then the base plate part is installed on the milling part of the mouth frame. Outfield quick repair response time can be reduced, and aircraft safety and reliability are improved.

    本发明提供一种飞机壁板分层式损伤修复方法,该方法以裂纹为基准,若裂纹靠近口框内侧,将口框凸缘裂纹沿平行于裂纹方向在口框内侧完全去除;若裂纹靠近口框外侧,将口框凸缘裂纹沿平行于裂纹方向在口框外侧完全去除;对口框部位进行无损检测;对口框部位涂覆氧化液;若铣切部位位于口框内侧,则制造垫板零件,对垫板零件进行黄色阳极化后,再喷涂聚氨酯底漆;若铣切部位位于口框外侧,则制造口盖压环零件,对口盖压环零件进行铣切,替换原口盖压环零件;若铣切部位位于口框内侧,在口框铣切部位涂密封胶;在垫板零件与口框铣切部位的接触面涂密封胶,再将垫板零件安装在口框铣切部位。可减少外场快速修理响应时间,提高飞机安全可靠性。
