An icing detector of a traditional structure cannot bear the direct thunder and lightning effect required by the 1A area. According to the icing detector with the direct lightning protection design, a heater in a vibration head is of a multi-layer structure, the innermost portion is used for guaranteeing heating and deicing after the vibration head is iced through a heating wire, and an outer layer copper sleeve is used for lightning diversion. The vibration head is directly contacted with the base, and the copper gasket between the vibration head and the base increases the contact area of the vibration head and the base, thereby facilitating lightning diversion. The sealing structure at the tail part of the vibration head heater is directly adhered to the inner wall of the base, and after lightning acts on the vibration head, a part of current is guided into the base through the sealing structure, so that the damage of the lightning to the vibration head is reduced. The icing detector can withstand the influence of the direct effect of thunder and lightning by increasing the diversion area and reducing the thermal expansion effect.
本发明属于防除冰技术领域,具体涉及一种具有直接雷电防护设计的结冰探测器。传统结构的结冰探测器无法承受1A区域要求的直接雷电效应。本发明的目的是提供一种具有直接雷电防护设计的结冰探测器,振动头内部的加热器为多层结构,最内部通过加热丝用于保证振动头结冰后的加热除冰,外层铜套用于雷电导流。振动头直接与底座接触安装,二者之间的铜垫片增大振动头与底座的接触面积,利于雷电导流。振动头加热器尾部的密封结构直接粘接在底座内壁上,雷电作用在振动头上后一部分电流通过该密封结构导入底座,减轻雷电对振动头造成的损伤。通过增大导流面积和降低热膨胀效应的方式,使结冰探测器能够耐受雷电直接效应的影响。
