The variable-configuration tilting four-rotor full-drive aircraft comprises a center structure and rotor structures rotationally connected to the four corners of the center structure, and a rotor deflection structure is arranged in the center structure; the rotor wing deflection structure comprises a rack and a center steering engine arranged at the bottom of the rack, the center steering engine penetrates through the top of the rack to be connected with a center gear, racks are connected to the two sides of the center gear in a meshed mode respectively, T-shaped push rods in central symmetry are integrally connected to the positions, away from the center gear, of the two racks, and connecting rods are hinged to the two ends of each T-shaped push rod respectively. The length of the rack is larger than the stroke of the T-shaped push rod, and rotor wing deflection frames are hinged to the other ends, away from the T-shaped push rod, of the two connecting rods correspondingly and rotationally connected with the rotor wing structures; the load capacity and the energy efficiency of the tilting four-rotor full-drive aircraft can be improved by 29.3% to the maximum under the conditions that the omnidirectional flight capacity is not needed, such as longitudinal flight, pure pitch attitude transformation, fixed attitude hovering and longitudinal movement along the wall surface.
