The invention relates to the technical field of steering systems of vehicles, in particular to a steering trapezoidal mechanism of a vehicle. The steering trapezoidal mechanism comprises a steering knuckle which is arranged at the end of an axle in a swinging mode and used for installing a steering wheel; the trapezoidal arm is inclined to the axle, and one end of the trapezoidal arm is connected with the steering knuckle; the steering tie rod is hinged with one end, deviating from the steering knuckle, of the trapezoidal arm; wherein the trapezoidal arms are arranged at the two ends of the steering tie rod respectively, and the steering tie rod is connected with the axle through the steering knuckles to form a connecting rod mechanism; an adjusting assembly is arranged at the joint of the trapezoidal arm and the steering knuckle and used for adjusting the relative position of the steering tie rod and the axle. According to the invention, the size parameters of the steering trapezoidal mechanism can be freely adjusted through the adjusting assembly, so that the practical effects of the steering trapezoidal mechanism under various size parameters can be conveniently verified by using one set of steering trapezoidal mechanism, the experiment progress can be accelerated, and the manufacturing cost can be saved.
本发明涉及车辆的转向系统技术领域,特别是涉及一种车辆的转向梯形机构。转向梯形机构包括:转向节,可摆动地设置于车轴的端头,用于安装转向车轮;梯形臂,倾斜于所述车轴设置并且以一端与所述转向节连接;转向横拉杆,与所述梯形臂中背离所述转向节的一端相铰接;其中,所述转向横拉杆的两端分别设有所述梯形臂并通过所述转向节与所述车轴连接形成连杆机构;所述梯形臂与所述转向节的连接处设有调节组件,用于调整所述转向横拉杆与所述车轴的相对位置。本发明中,转向梯形机构可通过调节组件自如地调整尺寸参数,从而利用一套转向梯形机构就能方便地验证各种尺寸参数下的转向梯形机构的实用效果,能加快实验的进度和节省制作成本。
