The embodiment of the invention provides a regional rain and snow train operation protection method and system based on train-to-train communication, and is applied to the technical field of urban rail transit train control. The method comprises the steps that an RC determines logic section information needing to set a regional rain and snow mode according to received information and sends the logic section information to an ATS in an alarm mode so that the ATS can set the regional rain and snow mode in an interface popup mode, and the logic section information with the set regional rain and snow mode is obtained and then sent to a TMC; and the TMC returns the successfully stored logic section information of the set area rain and snow mode to the RC, and then the RC sends the logic section information to the corresponding IVOC, so that the IVOC judges whether the train enters the rain and snow mode or not according to the train body rain and snow protection range and the received logic section information of the set area rain and snow mode. Therefore, the rain and snow conditions of each area of the line are monitored in real time through data exchange among the subsystems in the VBTC signal system, and timeliness and high efficiency of train operation protection processing are guaranteed.

    本公开的实施例提供了基于车车通信的区域雨雪列车运行防护方法和系统,应用于城市轨道交通列车控制技术领域。所述方法包括RC通过接收的信息确定需要设置区域雨雪模式的逻辑区段信息,并通过报警方式将逻辑区段信息发送给ATS,以便于ATS通过界面弹窗的方式进行区域雨雪模式设置,得到已设置区域雨雪模式的逻辑区段信息后发送给TMC,TMC将存盘成功的已设置区域雨雪模式的逻辑区段信息返回给RC后由RC发送给对应的IVOC,以便于IVOC根据列车车身雨雪防护范围以及接收到的已设置区域雨雪模式的逻辑区段信息,判断列车是否进入雨雪模式运行。以此,通过VBTC信号系统中各子系统间的数据交换实时监测线路各区域的雨雪情况,保证列车运行防护处理的及时性、高效性。
