The invention discloses a brake assembly body structure and a brake clamp hanging bracket manufacturing method. The method comprises the steps that tolerance parameters and stress bearing limiting parameters in the mounting height direction are determined according to a digital model; according to the brake assembly body structure in the digital model, the stress direction and the structural shape of the brake clamp hanging bracket are determined; according to the relation between the brake clamp hanging bracket and the air cylinder and the relation between the brake clamp hanging bracket and the brake disc, space structure size limiting parameters of the brake clamp hanging bracket are determined; establishing a three-dimensional model of the brake clamp hanging bracket structure according to the space structure size limiting parameter, the stress bearing limiting parameter, the stress direction of the brake clamp hanging bracket, the structural shape of the brake clamp hanging bracket and the tolerance parameter; and according to the three-dimensional model of the brake clamp hanging bracket structure and the composite material laying layer design rule, generating a laying layer design scheme of the brake clamp hanging bracket structure. The fatigue resistance and the corrosion resistance of the brake clamp are improved.

    本发明公开了一种制动装配体结构及制动夹钳吊架制作方法,其中该方法包括:根据数字模型确定挂载高度方向上的容限参数及应力承载限制参数;根据所述数字模型中所述制动装配体结构,确定所述制动夹钳吊架的受力方向及结构形状;根据所述制动夹钳吊架与所述气缸及所述制动圆盘的关系,确定所述制动夹钳吊架的空间结构尺寸限制参数;根据所述空间结构尺寸限制参数、所述应力承载限制参数、所述制动夹钳吊架的受力方向、所述制动夹钳吊架的结构形状及所述容限参数,建立制动夹钳吊架结构的三维模型;根据所述制动夹钳吊架结构的三维模型和复合材料铺层设计规则,生成制动夹钳吊架结构的铺层设计方案。本发明提高了制动夹钳的耐疲劳和耐腐蚀性能。
