The invention discloses a hybrid power locomotive and a power battery pack capacity balance control method and system.The control method comprises the steps that in the dynamic traction stage, the capacity difference between a first power battery pack and a second power battery pack and the required traction force are obtained; and distributing the required traction force according to the capacity difference, so that the first traction converter and the second traction converter respectively provide the distributed traction force, and the capacity balance control of the first power battery pack and the second power battery pack is realized. On the basis that a hardware circuit is kept unchanged, the two traction converters are controlled, so that the power battery pack in a higher charge state provides larger traction energy for the whole vehicle, the capacity dynamic balance of the two power battery packs is realized, and the great influence of power loss on the use of the locomotive is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力机车及动力电池组容量均衡控制方法、系统,所述控制方法包括在动态牵引阶段,获取第一动力电池组与第二动力电池组的容量差以及需求牵引力;根据所述容量差对所述需求牵引力进行分配,使第一牵引变流器和第二牵引变流器分别提供分配的牵引力,实现第一动力电池组与第二动力电池组的容量均衡控制。本发明在硬件电路保持不变的基础上,通过控制两架牵引变流器,使更高荷电状态的的动力电池组对整车提供更大的牵引能量,实现了两个动力电池组的容量动态均衡,避免了动力损失对机车使用造成的极大影响。
