The invention discloses a brake fluid leakage detection method and system and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle braking. The detection method comprises the following steps: acquiring first actual pressure and actual stroke; and the first hydraulic volume and the actual hydraulic volume are calculated, and the current first brake fluid leakage amount is obtained according to the actual hydraulic volume and the first hydraulic volume. The first hydraulic volume in the servo cylinder is calculated according to the first pressure of the servo cylinder, the position of a push rod can be represented according to the stroke of the push rod in the servo cylinder at the moment, and then the nominal theoretical liquid volume is obtained according to the standard relation between the stroke of the push rod and the volume of the servo cylinder, namely a parameter relation curve. The theoretical liquid volume and the first hydraulic volume are analyzed through a contrast, the first brake fluid leakage amount can be calculated, the first brake fluid leakage amount can accurately collect the leakage condition of the integrated brake control system, and therefore the safety condition of a vehicle can be known according to the first brake fluid leakage amount.

    本发明公开了一种制动液泄漏检测方法、系统及车辆,属于车辆制动技术领域。检测方法包括:获取第一实际压力和实际行程;计算第一液压体积和实际液压体积,根据实际液压体积与第一液压体积得到当前的第一制动液泄漏量。根据伺服缸的第一压力计算伺服缸内的第一液压体积,并根据伺服缸中推杆此时的行程,可表征推杆的位置,再根据推杆行程与伺服缸体积之间的标准关系即参数关系曲线得到名义上的理论液体体积,通过对比文分析理论液体体积和第一液压体积,可以计算出第一制动液泄漏量,第一制动液泄漏量能准确地表征集成式制动控制系统的泄漏情况,从而有利于依据该第一制动液泄漏量了解车辆的安全情况等。
