The invention discloses an arrangement structure of a wheel end brake controller, which comprises a wheel rim, an electric control brake caliper and a driving shaft, the electric control brake caliper comprises an electronic control unit, a motor gear unit and a brake caliper assembly, the electronic control unit at least comprises a circuit board, the circuit board is arranged at the end part of the brake caliper assembly, and the motor gear unit is connected with the circuit board. The distance between the middle portion of the circuit board and the axis of the wheel rim is larger than the distance between the caliper cylinder hole and the axis of the wheel rim. According to the arrangement structure of the wheel end brake controller, the electrically-controlled brake calipers can be easily arranged in the wheel rim, the requirement for space arrangement of a whole vehicle can be met, and the electrically-controlled brake calipers cannot interfere with parts in the rim.
