The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic drive-by-wire redundancy braking control system for controlling the braking stability of a manned and unmanned selectable tracked vehicle. The system comprises an oil supply system, independent drive-by-wire brake valve sets on the two sides, a drive-by-wire brake change-over switch valve, a mechanical hydraulic brake valve, a shuttle valve, a brake cylinder and a brake pipeline. The independent drive-by-wire brake valve sets on the two sides are connected with a left brake cylinder and a right brake cylinder respectively and used for achieving decoupling line control of left brake force and right brake force, and therefore the requirement for brake stability control is met. Meanwhile, a mechanical hydraulic brake loop is reserved in the system as redundancy, and when the drive-by-wire system breaks down, the mechanical hydraulic brake valve can output brake pressure through the shuttle valve to achieve reliable braking; through the design, the electro-hydraulic drive-by-wire redundant braking system realizes drive-by-wire decoupling of left and right braking force of the tracked vehicle and braking stability control, and ensures the braking reliability under a fault condition, so that the driving safety of the tracked vehicle is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种有人无人可选履带车辆制动稳定性控制的电液线控冗余制动操纵系统。该系统包括供油系统、两侧独立的线控制动阀组、线控制动切换开关阀、机械液压制动阀、梭阀、制动缸和制动管路。其中,所述两侧独立的线控制动阀组分别与左右制动缸连接,用于实现左右制动力的解耦线控制,从而满足制动稳定性控制的需求;同时,该系统还保留了机械液压制动回路作为冗余,当线控系统发生故障时,机械液压制动阀能够通过梭阀输出制动压力,实现可靠制动;通过上述设计,该电液线控冗余制动系统实现了履带车辆左右制动力线控解耦、制动稳定性控制,并保证了故障情况下的制动可靠性,从而大幅提高了履带车辆行驶安全性。
