The invention relates to an integrated wheel end speed reduction electric wheel system and a control method, and belongs to the technical field of electromechanical coupling structures and control of distributed driving carriers. The speed reducer is embedded in the groove of the motor shell and is positioned in the groove space of the electronic rotor bracket; the speed reducer comprises a planetary gear carrier, and the planetary gear carrier is rotatably connected with a shell of the motor through a rolling bearing; an output shaft of the motor penetrates through a suspension base hole to be fixedly connected with a brake disc of the brake. The braking heat is prevented from being transmitted to the motor body, and the braking control mode is mainly electric braking and is assisted by mechanical braking. The contradiction between high integration and heat dissipation of a hub motor in the prior art is solved, and the space of an electric wheel assembly is optimized to the maximum extent.

    本发明涉及一种集成式的轮端减速电动轮系统及控制方法,属于分布式驱动载具的机电耦合结构与控制技术领域,其中,该系统包括电机、减速器和制动器,所述电机包括电机转子,所述减速器内嵌于所述电机壳体凹槽内且位于所述电子转子支架的凹槽空间内;所述减速器包括行星齿轮架,所述行星齿轮架与所述电机的壳体通过滚动轴承可转动的连接;所述电机的输出轴穿过悬架底座孔与所述制动器的制动盘固定连接。本发明避免了制动热传递到电机本体,制动控制方式以电制动为主,机械制动为辅。本发明解决了现有技术中轮毂电机高度集成与散热之间的矛盾,最大程度的优化了电动轮总成空间。
