The invention relates to a lifting axle control method with a locking function, which comprises the following steps that: after a vehicle is powered on, in a static state or when the running speed is less than V, an ECAS acquires height information acquired by a suspension height sensor, converts the height information into whole vehicle load information, and sends the whole vehicle load information to a whole vehicle controller VECU through a CAN bus; the VECU compares the load information with the set light-load and heavy-load suspension height values and autonomously judges the current load condition of the vehicle; at the moment, a lifting air bag loop is connected, a lifting inflation valve or a descending deflation valve is powered on, inflation or deflation of the lifting air bag is achieved, and lifting or descending of the lifting bridge is completed; and if the vehicle speed exceeds V, the VECU locks logic controlled by the ECAS lifting air bag and the switch, and at the moment, lifting or descending of the lifting axle cannot be achieved, so that the stability of the vehicle is kept. The suspension height information of the ECAS is shared to the vehicle control unit VECU, the vehicle load condition is judged through the suspension height, the vehicle automatic weighing function is achieved, and automatic lifting and descending of the lifting axle are executed.

    本发明涉及一种带锁止功能的提升桥控制方法,该方法包括以下步骤:车辆在上电后,静止状态或行驶车速小于V时,ECAS采集悬架高度传感器采集的高度信息,换算成整车载重信息,通过CAN总线将整车载重信息发给整车控制器VECU,VECU将载重信息与设定的轻载和重载悬架高度值对比,自主判断车辆当前载荷情况;此时,举升气囊回路接通,举升充气阀或下降放气阀通电,实现举升气囊充气或放气,完成提升桥的举升或下降;若车速超过V时,VECU将ECAS升降气囊和开关控制的逻辑锁死,此时不能实现提升桥的举升或下降,以保持车辆的稳定性。ECAS的悬架高度信息共享给整车控制器VECU,通过悬架高度判断车辆载荷情况,实现车辆自动称重功能,并执行提升桥的自动举升和下降。
