The invention provides a light energy and wave energy combined power generation device for an offshore area and a use method, the light energy and wave energy combined power generation device is characterized by comprising a plurality of groups of power generation assemblies, and a limiting part is connected between every two adjacent groups of power generation assemblies; the power generation assembly comprises installation assemblies placed on the sea surface, the adjacent installation assemblies are connected through limiting parts, photovoltaic panels are installed at the top positions of the installation assemblies, the installation assemblies are connected with connecting arms, and the connecting arms are provided with arch-shaped elastic structures. One end of the arch-shaped elastic structure is fixedly connected to the position, close to the mounting assembly, of the connecting arm, the arch-shaped elastic structure is movably connected to the connecting arm, the end, connected with the connecting arm, of the arch-shaped elastic structure is connected with a wave energy power generation assembly, and the adjacent wave energy power generation assemblies are also connected through a limiting part; a fixing part is connected to the position, close to the connecting arm, of the bottom of the mounting assembly and fixed to the seabed. The device combines light energy and wave energy for power generation, and improves the efficiency of energy collection in offshore areas.

    本发明提出了用于近海区域的光能与波浪能结合的发电装置及使用方法,其特征在于,包括多组发电组件,相邻两组发电组件之间连接有限位部;发电组件包括放置在海面上的安装组件,且相邻的安装组件通过限位部连接,安装组件上位于其顶部的位置安装有光伏板,安装组件上连接有连接臂,连接臂上安装有弓形弹性结构,且弓形弹性结构一端固定连接在连接臂上靠近安装组件的位置,弓形弹性结构活动连接在连接臂上,弓形弹性结构与连接臂连接的端头上连接有波浪能发电组件,且相邻的波浪能发电组件也通过限位部连接;安装组件的底部靠近连接臂的位置连接有固定部,固定部固定在海床上。本装置将光能和波浪能结合进行发电,提高近海区域能源采集的效率。
