The invention relates to a discharging device and an inverter, and the discharging device is applied to the inverter of a new energy automobile, and comprises a switching circuit which is connected with a secondary winding of a switching power supply SMPS of the inverter, a switching circuit that turns on the switching circuit when a discharge control signal is received, and turns off the switching circuit when the discharge control signal is not received; the switching circuit is connected with the secondary winding, the discharging circuit is connected with the switching circuit and a low-voltage battery of the new energy automobile, and under the condition that the switching circuit is connected, electric energy in a direct-current link capacitor of the new energy automobile is transmitted to the low-voltage battery through the secondary winding, the switching circuit and the discharging circuit. Therefore, the waste of the voltage in the high-voltage energy storage unit can be avoided, the space and the weight of the inverter can be saved, the overheating risk in the active discharging process can be avoided, and the reliability of the discharging device is improved.

    本公开涉及放电装置及逆变器,该放电装置应用于新能源汽车的逆变器,包括:开关电路,与所述逆变器的开关电源SMPS的副边绕组连接,其中,在接收到放电控制信号的情况下使所述开关电路接通、而在未接收到所述放电控制信号的情况下使所述开关电路断开;以及放电电路,与所述开关电路和所述新能源汽车的低压电池连接,其中,在所述开关电路接通的情况下,所述新能源汽车的直流链路电容中的电能经由所述副边绕组、所述开关电路和所述放电电路传输至所述低压电池。由此,不仅能够避免浪费高压储能单元内的电压,而且能够节省逆变器的空间及重量,还能够避免在主动放电过程中的过热风险、以及提高放电装置的可靠性。
