The invention discloses a fuel cell stack air inlet system and a vehicle. The system comprises an air compressor, a vaporization device, a liquid hydrogen bottle and a fuel cell stack, wherein a first inlet of the vaporization device is connected with the liquid hydrogen bottle, and a first outlet of the vaporization device is connected with an anode inlet of the fuel cell stack; an air outlet of the air compressor is connected with a second inlet of the vaporization device, and the air compressor is configured to heat the liquid hydrogen in the vaporization device before the fuel cell stack works so as to vaporize the liquid hydrogen. According to the fuel cell stack gas inlet system, high-temperature gas generated by the air compressor can be used for providing a heat source for liquid hydrogen vaporization, and the heat source problem of liquid hydrogen vaporization before the fuel cell stack is started is solved.
