The invention provides a method for detecting an excessive descent rate alarm constant false alarm rate of a terrain perception and alarm system. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, calculating non-alarm trajectory data of an aircraft according to flight parameters of the aircraft; calculating track data after the airplane alarms; performing collision detection on the non-alarm flight path and the post-alarm flight path with a first-order Markov random terrain, and judging whether the alarm is successful or unnecessary; 2, a Monte Carlo method is used for carrying out a large amount of simulation, statistics is carried out on a successful alarm rate and a false alarm rate to generate an SOC curve, and an optimal alarm threshold point is selected; 3, selecting a constant false alarm rate range according to the obtained optimal alarm threshold point; according to the selected constant false alarm rate, obtaining a relation between a descent rate and an alarm height; and 4, repeating the step 3 to obtain the optimal constant false alarm rate. The method can effectively reduce the false alarm rate of the alarm in the overlarge descent rate mode, increases the safe flight probability, and is suitable for more flight conditions.
