The invention discloses a real-time monitoring system operation method based on cloud computing, and the method comprises the steps: collecting real-time road videos in a forbidding direction and a passing direction in real time through a camera device, uploading the real-time road videos to a cloud platform, and extracting the road historical data and traffic signal rules of the cloud platform; performing three-dimensional framing on pedestrians and vehicles on the road based on the real-time road video, predicting target directions of the pedestrians and the vehicles according to lane marks, constructing a dynamic traffic flow diagram, calculating a conflict coefficient of straight lights and turn lights based on the dynamic traffic flow diagram, analyzing the traffic capacity of the road, and adjusting a traffic signal strategy. Time periods are divided according to a time sequence based on the road traffic characteristics, an intelligent traffic decision rule is made according to traffic conditions of different time periods, and in the execution process based on the intelligent traffic decision rule, a signal timing scheme is automatically adjusted according to a real-time monitoring result; the problems of low use efficiency of traffic roads, empty traffic lights and the like are solved.

    本发明公开了基于云计算的实时监控系统运行方法,本发明,通过摄像设备实时采集禁行方向和通行方向的实时道路视频上传至云平台,提取云平台的道路历史数据和交通信号规则,基于所述实时道路视频将路中行人和车辆进行三维拉框,根据车道标识对行人和车辆预测目标方向,构建动态交通流向图,基于所述动态交通流向图,计算直行灯和转向灯冲突系数,分析道路通行能力,调整交通信号策略,基于所述道路交通特征按照时间序列划分时间段,根据不同时间段的交通路况制定智能通行决策规则,基于智能通信决策规则的执行过程中,根据实时的监控结果自动调整信号配时方案,本发明解决了交通道路使用效率低和红绿灯空等现象。
