The invention provides an elastic traffic control method considering road accumulated water distribution. The method comprises the steps of collecting road surface point cloud data and obtaining a road three-dimensional model; utilizing computational fluid mechanics simulation software to construct a road ponding simulation model under the rainfall condition; according to the simulation result, calculating the critical water skiing speed corresponding to the accumulated water depth, and comparing the critical water skiing speed with the lane speed limit to judge the water skiing risk; the sections with the water skiing risk are divided into risk sections; reducing the maximum limit driving speed of the risk section; dividing a high-risk section by comparing the maximum speed limit with a preset threshold value, and performing bypassing adjustment; by comparing the proportion of the risk section with a preset safety threshold value, a channel sealing measure is taken; and real-time weather and road conditions are continuously monitored and timely adjusted. By means of the method, the lane speed limit and the traffic flow direction are dynamically adjusted, tackle and traffic accidents caused by accumulated water on the road surface are effectively prevented, the water skiing risk of vehicles under the rainfall condition is reduced, and the road traffic safety is ensured.
本发明提出一种考虑道路积水分布的弹性交通管控方法,其步骤包括:采集路面点云数据并获取道路三维模型;利用计算流体力学仿真软件构建降雨条件下的道路积水仿真模型;根据仿真结果,计算积水深度对应的临界滑水速度,并与车道限速进行对比,判断滑水风险;将存在滑水风险的区段划分为风险区段;降低所述风险区段的最大限制行驶速度;通过比较最大限速和预设阈值划分高风险区段,并进行绕行调整;通过比较风险区段占比与预设安全阈值,实行封道措施;持续监控实时天气和路况并及时调整。通过本发明方法,实现动态调整车道限速和交通流向,有效预防因路面积水导致的滑车和交通事故,降低车辆在降雨条件下的滑水风险,确保道路交通安全。
