The invention provides an urban road congestion evaluation method considering macro-micro data coupling, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining GIS geographic information data, and carrying out the modeling of a traffic network through a complex network theory; s2, preprocessing the vehicle GPS track data, and extracting speed information of each road section to obtain a traffic state index; s3, obtaining a seepage threshold value according to the speed information of each road section; s4, according to the percolation threshold value, obtaining an operation state threshold value of each road section; and S5, obtaining an operation state index according to the traffic state index, and obtaining a system congestion index SCI in combination with an operation state threshold. The invention provides a macroscopic and microscopic coupled road congestion evaluation method, aiming at the problem of urban road congestion condition evaluation, the type and quality difference of detectors, the uncertainty of cost effectiveness and data real-time performance caused by introduction of multi-source data are avoided, and the accuracy of urban road congestion condition evaluation is improved. Meanwhile, the problem that detailed information of specific road sections is lost due to the fact that traffic conditions are described only from the macroscopic perspective is solved.

    本发明提出了一种考虑宏‑微观数据耦合的城市道路拥堵评价方法,包括如下步骤:S1:获取GIS地理信息数据,利用复杂网络理论对交通网络进行建模;S2:对车辆GPS轨迹数据进行预处理,提取各路段的速度信息,得到交通状态指标;S3:根据各路段的速度信息,得到渗流阈值;S4:根据渗流阈值,得到各路段的运行状态阈值;S5:根据交通状态指标,得到运行状态指标,结合运行状态阈值,得到系统拥塞指数SCI。本发明提出耦合宏观和微观的道路拥堵评价方法,针对城市道路拥堵状况评价问题,避免了引入多源数据带来的探测器的类型和质量差异、成本效益及数据实时性的不确定性,同时解决仅从宏观视角描述交通状况导致的丢失具体路段详细信息问题。
