The invention discloses an aircraft simulation system based on aircraft working system design. The aircraft simulation system comprises an aircraft working system simulation module, a simulation cockpit data processing module, a simulation training auxiliary module and a virtual simulation central processing unit. The aircraft working system simulation module is used for respectively establishing mathematical models of eight working systems of an aircraft, resolving a required aircraft system model according to an inter-system cross-linking relationship of a real aircraft and system operation logic, and generating a simulation model corresponding to an analog simulation training working condition; the simulation cockpit data processing module is used for processing operation event data from a virtual simulation cockpit and a semi-physical simulation cockpit which are subjected to simulation training, and feeding simulation model data of simulation training working conditions on the virtual simulation central processing unit back to the simulation cockpit; and the simulation training auxiliary module is used for carrying out airplane model selection and simulation model initialization according to the training subjects and simulation training working conditions, and carrying out training mode selection and training effect evaluation.
