The invention relates to the technical field of microbial grouting reinforcement of soil bodies, in particular to a rotary grouting device based on MICP solidified soil bodies and a using method, and the rotary grouting device based on the MICP solidified soil bodies comprises a grouting vehicle, a controller, a grouting box and a grouting assembly; the grouting assembly comprises a first rotating shaft, a grouting barrel, an inclined driving seat, a second rotating shaft, a liquid injection disc and a pushing disc, and rotary grouting is achieved through spherical hinge of the inclined driving seat and a liquid injection cavity; a grouting hole and a liquid inlet channel are arranged at the bottom of the grouting cylinder; the liquid inlet channel is provided with a one-way valve; a driving box, a liquid storage box and a driving part are arranged at the top of the grouting box, the controller controls the driving part, and the driving part drives the stirring assembly to stir bacterial liquid or cementing liquid through a first connecting shaft; the liquid feeding pipe is communicated with the liquid storage tank and the liquid inlet channel. The first connecting shaft further drives the telescopic assembly to adjust the grouting angle. According to the device, air in the soil body can be sucked to control the flowing direction of the bacterial liquid or the cementing liquid in the soil body while multi-angle spraying of the bacterial liquid or the cementing liquid can be achieved.

    本发明涉及微生物注浆加固土体技术领域,具体涉及一种基于MICP固化土体的旋转注浆装置及使用方法,其中基于MICP固化土体的旋转注浆装置包括注浆车、控制器、注浆箱及注浆组件;注浆组件含第一转轴、注浆筒、倾斜驱动座、第二转轴、注液盘及推送盘,通过倾斜驱动座与注液腔的球铰接实现旋转注浆;注浆筒底部设注浆孔与进液通道,进液通道装单向阀;注浆箱顶设驱动箱、储液箱及驱动件,控制器控驱动件,驱动件经第一连轴驱动搅拌组件搅拌菌液或胶结液;送液管连通储液箱与进液通道。第一连轴还驱动伸缩组件,调整注浆角度。本发明能够实现菌液或胶结液多角度喷射的同时对土体内空气进行抽吸来控制菌液或胶结液在土体内的流动方向。
