The invention discloses a hydraulic cantilever hanging device for cooling bed waste heat recovery, which comprises at least one group of hanging assemblies, and the hanging assemblies comprise hollow steel beams; the first stand column is arranged at one end of the hollow steel beam; the telescopic mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the hollow steel beam and close to one end of the first stand column; the trolley is provided with a suspension mechanism, and the suspension mechanism is used for suspending the cooling bed waste heat recovery heat collector; the moving track is arranged at the bottom of the hollow steel beam, is far away from one end of the first stand column and is arranged in the length direction of the hollow steel beam; and the telescopic mechanism drives the trolley to move on the moving track so as to move and suspend the waste heat recovery heat collector of the cooling bed. According to the scheme, the heat collector can move forwards, backwards, upwards and downwards on the cooling bed, the telescopic mechanism is adopted for driving, and the lifting arm is of a hollow steel structure and is light in dead weight, large in span, large in lifting capacity, economical, durable, stable and convenient to maintain.
