And by matching with the bottom-holding protection plate, when the first motor or the first connecting rope is damaged, the maintenance protection assembly can be further protected from falling, meanwhile, through protection of the maintenance protection assembly, abrasion between equipment and materials can be reduced, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.

    本发明公开了造楼平台的智能物料提升装置及施工方法,涉及建筑工程领域,包括工作台以及固定在工作台表面的支撑柱,支撑柱上端还固定有放置板,放置板表面固定有提升组件,支撑柱表面设置有维护防护组件,维护防护组件内部卡接有物料吊篮。本发明通过提升组件和维护防护组件,物料在提升过程中受到维护防护组件的保护,不易受损,从而提高了提升过程的稳定性和效率,并且维护防护组件能够有效保护物料,在提升过程中避免危险情况的发生,规避了安全隐患,配合兜底防护板能够在第一电机或第一连接绳损坏时,对维护防护组件的坠落做进一步的保护,同时通过维护防护组件的保护,可以减少设备与物料之间的磨损,延长设备的使用寿命。
