The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting, in particular to a temporary hoisting device for a prefabricated reinforcement cage of a highway reconstruction and extension project. The highway reconstruction and extension project prefabricated reinforcement cage temporary hoisting device comprises a supporting assembly, a rotating assembly and a hoisting mechanism, and the hoisting mechanism comprises a movable hanging piece, two horizontal moving hook assemblies, two front-back moving hook assemblies, two horizontal fixing assemblies and two front-back fixing assemblies. Each horizontal fixing assembly and each front-back fixing assembly respectively comprise two connecting pieces, and each connecting piece is sleeved with a plurality of fixing assemblies. The length of the two horizontal moving hook assemblies and the length of the two front-back moving hook assemblies can be adjusted according to the shape of the reinforcement cage, then the reinforcement cage is more stable during hanging, when the reinforcement cage shakes too much, connecting pieces of the horizontal fixing assemblies and the front-back fixing assemblies can be matched with the fixing assemblies to fix the reinforcement cage after the fixing assemblies are powered on, and therefore the reinforcement cage can be hung more stably. And damage caused by collision of the reinforcement cage or damage to the hoisting mechanism body is prevented.

    本发明涉及吊挂技术领域,尤其涉及一种公路改扩建工程预制钢筋笼临时吊装装置。该公路改扩建工程预制钢筋笼临时吊装装置包括支撑组件、转动组件与吊装机构,吊装机构包括移动吊挂件、两个水平移动挂钩组件、两个前后移动挂钩组件、两个水平固定组件与两个前后固定组件,每个水平固定组件与每个前后固定组件均包括有两个连接件,每个连接件的外部套设有多个固定组件。两个水平移动挂钩组件与两个前后移动挂钩组件能够根据钢筋笼的形状调整长度,进而使得钢筋笼在吊挂时更加的稳定,在钢筋笼晃动过大时,水平固定组件与前后固定组件的连接件能够配合固定组件在通电后,固定钢筋笼,进而防止钢筋笼碰撞造成损坏或者造成吊装机构本体的损坏。
