The invention discloses a self-stabilizing hoisting and mounting mechanism for mechanical equipment, and relates to the technical field of port mechanical equipment hoisting, the self-stabilizing hoisting and mounting mechanism comprises a hoisting cross frame and a stabilizing platform arranged below the hoisting cross frame in a sliding manner, and moving rollers are arranged on the front and rear sides of the top surface of the stabilizing platform in a bilateral symmetry manner; stabilizing mechanisms are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the interior of the stabilizing platform, and the outer ends of stabilizing sliding plates penetrate through the front side and the rear side below the stabilizing platform in a sliding mode; a hoisting mechanism is arranged below the stable platform, and the left side and the right side of the interior of the hoisting platform are connected to the inner ends of the extension supports in a sliding and penetrating mode. According to the self-stabilizing hoisting and mounting mechanism for the mechanical equipment, the adjustable hoisting platform is driven by the hoisting wheel set of the stabilizing platform to hoist and mount the mechanical equipment of different specifications, and meanwhile, the stabilizing sliding plate of the stabilizing mechanism and the traction wheel set move in opposite directions, so that inclination and swinging in different hoisting environments are reduced while the moving stability is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种自稳定的机械设备用起吊安装机构,涉及港口机械设备吊装技术领域,包括吊装横架,以及滑动设置于吊装横架下方的稳定平台,且稳定平台的顶面前后两侧呈左右对称的方式设置有移动滚轮;还包括:所述稳定平台的内部前后两侧设置有稳定机构,且稳定滑板的外端滑动贯穿于稳定平台下方的前后两侧;其中,稳定平台的下方设置有吊装机构,且吊装平台的内部左右两侧均滑动贯穿连接于延展支架的内端。该自稳定的机械设备用起吊安装机构,通过稳定平台的吊装轮组带动可调节的吊装平台针对不同规格的机械设备进行起吊安装,同时稳定机构的稳定滑板与牵引轮组反向移动,保证移动稳定性的同时,减小不同吊装环境时的倾斜与摆动。
