The invention belongs to the field of helicopter vibration data processing, and relates to a helicopter flight vibration data processing and classifying method and device. The method comprises the following steps: collecting flight vibration data of each measuring point position of a helicopter; classifying the helicopter flight vibration data according to the helicopter flight spectrum to determine the flight state of the vibration response; classifying the flight vibration data according to the vibration environment requirement of the helicopter to determine the influence of different vibration sources of the helicopter on the position of the measuring point; for the same measuring point position, processing the flight vibration data of the measuring point position, and obtaining vibration responses of the measuring point position under the concerned vibration source in different flight states according to the flight spectrum; and analyzing the obtained vibration response, analyzing the vibration response condition of each part of the helicopter in combination with a full-helicopter transfer function test and a component dynamic characteristic test, judging the accuracy and rationality of the vibration response of the helicopter body, and analyzing the full-helicopter flight vibration level of the helicopter in combination with a helicopter dynamics theory.

    本发明属于直升机振动数据处理领域,涉及一种直升机飞行振动数据的处理及归类方法及装置。该方法包括:采集直升机各测点位置的飞行振动数据;按照直升机飞行谱对直升机飞行振动数据进行归类,以确定振动响应所处的飞行状态;按照直升机振动环境要求对飞行振动数据进行归类,以确定直升机不同振源对测点位置的影响;对同一测点位置,对该测点位置的飞行振动数据进行处理,依据飞行谱得到所关注振源下的测点位置在不同飞行状态下的振动响应;对得到的振动响应进行分析,结合全机传递函数试验、部件动特性试验分析直升机各部位的振动响应情况,判断机体振动响应的准确性和合理性,并结合直升机动力学理论分析直升机全机飞行振动水平。
