The invention belongs to the technical field of airplane wing strength design, and particularly relates to a spanwise variable stiffness connection T-shaped sealing structure and an optimization method, the spanwise variable stiffness connection T-shaped sealing structure comprises a sealing structure, a connection corner box and a support structure; the supporting structure comprises a plurality of supporting partition plates distributed in the spanwise direction and wall plates fixedly installed above the supporting partition plates, honeycomb sandwich cores are arranged at the positions, between the adjacent supporting partition plates, of the wall plates, and the rear edges of the wall plates are fixedly connected with a plurality of connecting corner boxes in the spanwise direction. The sealing structure comprises a sealing plate and a vertical rib, the sealing plate is divided into a front fixed section and a rear cantilever section, and the vertical rib is located between the fixed section and the cantilever section; the fixing section is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the connecting angle box and the supporting partition plate, the vertical rib is fixedly connected with the vertical face of the rear end of the connecting angle box, the T-shaped sealing structure and the wall plate form an integral structure, the relative deformation is reduced, the strain level of the sealing structure is effectively reduced, and the service life of the sealing structure is prolonged.
