The invention discloses a methanol dual-fuel ultra-large container ship workpiece angle installation method, and belongs to the technical field of workpiece installation. According to the method, projection information of a keel on a rib plate is calculated, and a keel cut-off line is made; determining the starting point of a cut-off line according to the value from the assembly line of the keel to the mainboard edge; calculating the direction of a cut-off line according to the installation angle, and determining a keel cut-off line in the length direction according to the height of the keel; and determining a keel cut-off line in the width direction according to the width of the keel. When the keel is installed, the installation angle and the keel cut-off line on the rib plate are combined, and accurate positioning of follow-up components is guaranteed. Aiming at the situation that a shipyard workpiece installation cut-off end abuts against a rib plate or a steel wall, the method can confirm whether assembly is in place or not during assembly, and direct welding can be performed after confirmation, so that the ship workpiece assembly precision is improved, the satisfaction degree of a ship owner is improved, and the construction reworking time is shortened.

    一种甲醇双燃料超大型集装箱船工件角度安装方法,其属于工件安装的技术领域。该方法中计算龙筋在肋板上的投影信息,并作出龙筋截止线;根据龙筋的装配线距离主板边的值,确定截止线的起点;根据安装角度计算出截止线的方向,再根据龙筋的高度,确定长度方向的龙筋截止线;再根据龙筋的宽度,确定宽度方向的龙筋截止线。龙筋安装时结合安装角度和肋板上的龙筋截止线,保证后续部件的准确定位。针对船厂工件安装截止端头顶在肋板或者钢壁上的情形,本发明的方法在装配时就能确认装配是否到位,确认后可直接焊接,从而提高船舶工件装配精度,提升船东满意度,降低施工返工工时。
