The invention relates to the technical field of ship manufacturing or assembling, in particular to a ship block temporary reinforcing method. A temporary strengthening method for ship block manufacturing comprises the steps that in the design stage, according to the assembly sequence, strengthening structures and strengthening positions, needed by all stages, of the positions needing to be strengthened are marked in a design drawing or a process construction drawing in advance according to the sequence of a subassembly stage, a segment stage and a segmentation stage; in the construction stage, temporary reinforcement is conducted according to marks in design drawings or process construction drawings. In the design stage or the process construction stage, the overall structure of the ship can be considered, and other parts can be displayed in a drawing, so that the problem of influence on assembly caused by on-site temporary reinforcement in the prior art can be avoided in the design process; therefore, the problem that in the prior art, temporary reinforcement of the ship structure is determined by on-site constructors in the construction process, and consequently repeated reinforcement or missing reinforcement possibly occurs to the ship structure is solved.

    发明涉及船舶制造或装配技术领域,尤其涉及一种船舶分段临时加强方法。一种船舶分段制造临时加强方法,在设计阶段,依据组装的顺序,将需要加强的位置依据部装阶段、片段阶段和分段阶段的顺序将各个阶段需要的加强结构以及加强位置提前标注在设计图纸或者工艺施工图纸中,施工阶段根据设计图纸或者工艺施工图纸中的标注进行临时加强。由于在设计阶段或者工艺施工阶段,可以针对船舶的总体结构进行考虑,在图纸中能够显示其他的零部件,那么在设计过程中也能避免现有技术中现场进行临时加强造成的影响装配的问题;进而解决现有技术中对施工过程中船舶结构的临时加强由现场施工人员确定导致的对船舶结构可能出现重复加强或者漏加强的问题。
