The invention discloses a motor torque determination method and device, equipment, a medium and a program product, and is applied to the field of vehicle control. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring first motion state data of a vehicle, wherein the first motion state data comprises a first vehicle running speed and a first steering wheel rotation angle; according to the first vehicle running speed, a first torque mapping curved surface corresponding to a first vehicle running speed interval where the first vehicle running speed is located is determined, and the first torque mapping curved surface is used for representing the mapping relation between the motion state data and the motor torque in the first vehicle running speed interval; the motion state data comprises a vehicle driving speed and a steering wheel rotation angle; and determining the motor torque mapped with the first steering wheel rotation angle and the first vehicle running speed in the first torque mapping curved surface as the motor torque of the vehicle. The method can solve the problem that vehicle steering is affected due to inaccurate motor torque.
