The invention discloses an urban rail transit trackside data secure transmission method and system. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, setting a rail circuit transmission process; 2, setting an inter-rail cable conveying process; step 3, setting a transponder transmission process; 4, setting a wireless transmission process; and 5, selecting a data exchange security mechanism. Different processes aim at ensuring the accuracy, integrity and safety of data in the transmission process, meanwhile, the transmission efficiency is improved so as to meet the operation requirements of an urban rail transit system, data conflicts and transmission errors are avoided, the transmission reliability is improved, information interference is avoided, the effectiveness of data transmission is ensured, and the data transmission efficiency is improved. The method is an important guarantee for safe, efficient and stable operation of urban rail transit.
