And evaluating a current better decision result, outputting an evaluation result to a weight self-learning sub-module and a baseline self-evaluator, dynamically adjusting each weight of a revenue function of the PV by the weight self-learning sub-module, and determining whether the current weight self-evolution process is ended or not by the baseline self-evaluator according to the evaluation result. The method has an autonomous learning capability, greatly improves the working condition adaptability and flexibility of a lane changing decision system, and can achieve good performance in various complex and changeable driving working conditions.
