The invention relates to a discharging device for house building engineering. The discharging device is characterized by comprising a bottom frame, a discharging frame, a screw rod, a connecting rod, two adjusting rods, at least four rolling wheels and a pulling frame; the bottom frame is of a rectangular frame structure. The discharging frame is arranged on the top of the bottom frame, and one end of the discharging frame is hinged to the bottom frame. The screw rod is rotationally mounted between the two edges of the bottom frame; two ends of the connecting rod are in sliding connection with the other two sides of the underframe, and the middle part is in threaded connection with the screw rod; the two adjusting rods are arranged at the two ends of the connecting rod, one end of each adjusting rod is hinged to the connecting rod, and the other end of each adjusting rod is hinged to the bottom of the discharging frame. The at least four rollers are respectively fixed on two sides of the bottom frame; the pulling frame is fixed to the outer side of the bottom frame. When the device is used for unloading, manual carrying is not needed, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, unloading is convenient, and the turnover efficiency of building materials is high.
本发明涉及一种房建工程用卸料装置,其特征在于:包括底架、卸料架、螺杆、连杆、两个调节杆、至少四个滚轮以及拉架;底架为矩形框架结构;卸料架设置在所述底架的顶部,一端与所述底架铰接;螺杆转动安装在所述底架的两条边之间;连杆两端与所述底架的另外两条边滑动连接,中部与所述螺杆螺纹连接;两个调节杆设置在所述连杆的两端,所述调节杆的一端与所述连杆铰接,另一端与所述卸料架的底部铰接;至少四个滚轮分别固定在所述底架的两侧;拉架固定在所述底架的外侧。通过本装置卸料时,不用人工进行搬运,减低了工人的劳动强度,卸料方便,建筑材料的周转效率高。
