The method comprises the steps that initial capacity information and target capacity information of a lithium battery and first demand power information of a vehicle are obtained; the vehicle includes a battery system; determining compensation power information based on difference information between the initial capacity information and the target capacity information under the condition that the initial capacity information is smaller than the target capacity information; determining target power information of the battery system based on the first demand power information and the compensation power information; and controlling the battery system to operate based on the target power information, so that the capacity information of the lithium battery meets the target capacity information. According to the embodiment of the invention, the driving stability and smoothness of the vehicle can be improved, the driving comfort is improved, and meanwhile, the reliability and durability of the fuel cell system can be improved.
