Compared with the prior art, according to the embodiment of the invention, the SOC state of the target battery and the storage time of the target battery in the high SOC state are automatically reduced by judging the current battery charge state and the standing time of the current battery charge state, so that the side reaction of the electrolyte and the positive electrode material and the phase change degree of the battery material are reduced; and the cycle life of the target battery is prolonged.
