The invention relates to a charging and discharging strategy determination method and device, equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle charging. The method comprises the steps of obtaining time information of a charging and discharging stage of a vehicle, battery information of a battery of the vehicle and a target state of charge (SOC) of the battery after the charging and discharging stage is ended; the time information comprises the starting time and the ending time of the charging and discharging stage; determining a target charging and discharging strategy according to the time information, the battery information and the target SOC; the target charging and discharging strategy is used for controlling the SOC of the battery to reach the target SOC after the charging and discharging stage is finished; the target charging and discharging strategy also meets a constraint condition comprising a plurality of optimization targets; the plurality of optimization objectives include minimum influence on charge and discharge performance of the battery and minimum cost after the charge and discharge phase is ended.
