The invention provides a method and device for determining the SOC of a power battery, and the method comprises the steps: determining the SOC of the power battery if the SOC calibration condition of the power battery is satisfied at the power-on moment of a BMS of a vehicle; if yes, the SOC of the power battery at the current moment is determined according to a failure combination of the temperature of the power battery at the current moment, the effectiveness of the single voltage of the power battery at the current moment and the effectiveness of the SOC of the power battery stored when the BMS is powered off last time; if the SOC calibration condition of the power battery is not met, the SOC of the power battery at the current moment is determined according to the validity of the power battery temperature stored when the BMS is powered off last time; and at the BMS operation moment of the vehicle, the SOC of the power battery at the current moment is determined according to the effectiveness of the single voltage of the power battery at the current moment and the effectiveness of the current of the power battery at the current moment. According to the method and the device, the condition that the SOC is abnormal can be effectively reduced, and the SOC estimation precision is improved.

    本申请提供了一种动力电池SOC的确定方法和确定装置,包括:在车辆的BMS上电时刻,若满足动力电池的SOC校准条件,则根据当前时刻动力电池的温度、动力电池在当前时刻的单体电压的有效性和上次BMS下电时存储的动力电池的SOC的有效性的失效组合来确定动力电池在当前时刻的SOC;若不满足动力电池SOC校准条件,则根据上次BMS下电时存储的动力电池温度的有效性来确定动力电池在当前时刻的SOC;在车辆的BMS运行时刻,根据动力电池在当前时刻的单体电压的有效性和动力电池在当前时刻的电流的有效性来确定动力电池在当前时刻的SOC。根据所述方法和装置,可以有效减少SOC出现异常的情况,提高SOC估算的精度。
