The mobile charging system comprises a mobile charging vehicle and at least one mobile energy station, the mobile charging vehicle comprises charging equipment and multiple sets of battery packs, the multiple sets of battery packs are installed in the mobile energy station, and the output voltage range can be adjusted from 350 V to 850 V through series-parallel combination. The charging requirements of different vehicle types can be met; the mobile charging vehicle further comprises a safety module and a communication positioning module, the safety module is used for guaranteeing charging safety and stability, the communication positioning module is used for receiving instructions of the cloud platform and sending charging state information, and the communication positioning module and the safety module are both integrally managed through the control module. The system has the advantages that different voltage and current configurations can be realized through series-parallel combination of the internal battery packs, various direct current charging requirements of the electric automobile are met, and the charging process and energy utilization can be optimized through intelligent control.
