The invention provides a motor control method and device, a vehicle and a readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining a corresponding first torque compensation coefficient according to the current rotating speed difference between a motor and a wheel end in an off-road mode, determining a corresponding first derating coefficient in the off-road mode according to the current actual temperature of the key component in the motor; according to the current rotating speed difference, the first torque compensation coefficient and the target torque, a first torque determination strategy in the off-road mode is adopted to determine the current required output torque of the motor, and according to the first derating coefficient and the peak torque of the motor, the maximum available torque of the motor in the off-road mode is determined; and determining the actual output torque of the motor by adopting a preset screening strategy according to the current required output torque and the maximum available torque, and controlling the motor to work according to the actual output torque. Therefore, by designing the temperature protection strategy and the torque compensation strategy of the motor, the cross-country ability of the vehicle can be effectively improved.
