The invention provides a battery box quick release device capable of being remotely controlled, which comprises a battery box, an upper bracket, a lower bracket, a locking mechanism, an executing mechanism and an air cylinder, the battery box is fixedly assembled on the upper bracket, the lower bracket is fixed on a vehicle carrier, and the upper bracket and the lower bracket are transversely and slidably connected through a sliding assembly; the locking mechanism is arranged on the lower bracket, the executing mechanism is arranged on the upper bracket, when the upper bracket transversely slides into the lower bracket, the locking mechanism can lock the executing mechanism, and the air cylinder is arranged on the lower bracket. When a vehicle battery box breaks out of fire and other faults occur, the function that a driver controls the air cylinder to be quickly released through a control system in a one-key mode can be achieved, and serious accidents are avoided. When a control system and an air cylinder fail, the quick release function can still be achieved by manually pulling the unlocking body. The sliding assemblies and the idler wheels arranged on the upper bracket and the lower bracket greatly reduce force needed in the releasing process, and therefore it is guaranteed that the releasing action is completed smoothly.
本发明提供一种可远程控制的电池箱快速解脱装置,包括电池箱、上托架、下托架、锁止机构、执行机构、气缸,所述电池箱固定装配在上托架上,所述下托架固定在车辆载体上,上托架与下托架通过滑动组件横向滑动连接,所述锁止机构设置在下托架上,所述执行机构设置在上托架上,当上托架横向滑入下托架时,锁止机构能够将执行机构锁止,所述气缸设置在下托架上。当车辆电池箱出现起火等故障时,能够实现驾驶员位一键通过控制系统控制气缸快速解脱功能,避免产生较为严重的事故。在控制系统和气缸失效时,本发明所述仍能够实现手动扳动解锁体实现快速解脱功能。上下托架所设置的滑动组件和滚轮大大减小了解脱过程所需的力,从而保证解脱动作顺利完成。
