The method comprises the steps that the environment temperature outside a cab, the temperature inside the cab and the set target temperature of the cab are obtained; according to the environment temperature, the temperature in the cab and the target temperature, the required refrigerating capacity of the cab is calculated; determining compressor power consumption corresponding to the required refrigerating capacity according to the required refrigerating capacity and a preset corresponding relation between refrigerating capacity and compressor power consumption; according to the compressor power consumption and the required refrigerating capacity, the target heat dissipating capacity needing to be supplied to the condenser from the outside is calculated; and according to the target heat dissipating capacity, the rotating speed of a fan acting on the condenser is determined. The fan is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed matched with the current cooling capacity requirement in the cab, and the technical problem that energy is obviously wasted due to the constant rotating speed of the fan in related technologies is effectively solved.
