The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a support tube type suspension rudder blade, which comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a rudder blade outer plate by taking a jig frame center line and a jig frame horizontal line of a jig frame as references, then mounting a rudder stock mounting component, a horizontal partition plate, a vertical partition plate, an upper edge plate, a bottom streamline body and a tail material on the rudder blade outer plate, and after the mounting is completed, mounting the rudder blade outer plate on the rudder blade outer plate. The outer plate with the plug welding holes and the rudder blade outer plate are oppositely combined to install the rudder stainless steel pipe, then the perpendicularity of the rudder stainless steel pipe is adjusted through the adjusting tool, the whole rudder blade is leveled, finally tightness detection is conducted on the rudder blade, and the follow-up installation precision of the supporting pipe type suspension rudder blade can be effectively guaranteed through field assembly and manufacturing. The method is easy to operate, remarkable in effect and high in practicability.

    本发明公开了一种支撑管式悬挂舵叶制造方法,该方法以胎架的胎架中心线和胎架水平线为基准制作舵叶外板,再在舵叶外板上安装舵杆安装组件、水平隔板、垂直隔板、上缘板、底部流线体和尾材,安装好后,将带塞焊孔的外板与舵叶外板对合并安装吊舵不锈钢管,然后利用调整工装调整吊舵不锈钢管的垂直度,再将整个舵叶调平,最后对舵叶进行密性检测,通过现场组装制造支撑管式悬挂舵叶可以有效保证其后续安装精度,且本发明操作简单,效果显著,具有较高的实用性。
